Terms
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products and/or services (“Goods”) through www.zagg.com or affiliated websites (“ZAGG.com”) by customers located in the European Union, including Ireland, and the United Kingdom. By placing an order, the buyer (“Buyer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, in compliance with applicable Irish, EU and UK law.

Refunds & Returns

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased on ZAGG.com. Items must be returned in new, unused condition.

How to Return an Item

  1. Write your order number clearly on the package.
  2. Send your return to the address below. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received. Items received after the 14-day right of withdrawal period are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping fees.

Right to Withdraw Your Order (EU and UK Customers)
We want you to love your purchase! Under EU and UK consumer law, if you buy something online from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind and cancel your order.

  • 14 days to decide: You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to tell us you want to withdraw.
  • No reason needed: You don’t have to give us an explanation or justify your decision.
  • Full refund: We will refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid when ordering.
  • Condition of items: Please return items unused and in their original packaging. You may handle an item only as needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
Our returns policy is designed to comply with your statutory rights. In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, faulty or non-conforming products may be returned in accordance with your rights under Irish, EU and UK consumer law. If a product is faulty or incorrect, you are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Claims
ZAGG offers a limited warranty to the original retail purchaser. Warranty details can be found on the product packaging or in our warranty policy. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish, EU and UK law. Shipping charges for warranty replacements are listed under Shipping & Delivery.

When Will My Order Ship?
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping Rates to Continental Europe

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): €7.99 (FREE on orders of €59.99 and over)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): €12.99 (power products ship Express Standard)

Please note: as of February 2026, we are no longer able to ship to Türkiye.

Shipping Rates to the Middle East

  • Expedited (2–5 business days): €24.99

We cannot ship items containing a lithium battery to this region due to dangerous goods classification. Please note we do not ship to all countries.

Shipping Rates to Asia & Oceania
Customers in Australia and New Zealand can order locally from zagg.com, which will direct you to your local store.

  • From Europe, Expedited (2–5 business days): €40 flat rate. Power products with a battery cannot ship to this region.

Shipping Rates for Warranty Replacements

  • Within Europe: €7.99 to €12.99 (standard rate)
  • Rest of World: €24.99 flat rate
  • Australia & New Zealand: €40 flat rate (from Europe). For local ordering, please visit zagg.com, which will direct you to your local store.

Shipping Restrictions for mophie & ZAGG Products
We can only ship mophie chargers, power banks, wireless charging accessories, and ZAGG keyboards to the countries listed below. Due to international shipping regulations, items containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped overseas, except to these approved destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Please note: We are currently unable to ship these products to Germany or Israel.

Import Duties
Items shipping within the European Union are inclusive of customs fees and VAT. All other countries are subject to local import fees and duties.

Orders, Cancellations & Pricing

Orders
All orders submitted through ZAGG.com constitute offers to purchase and are subject to final acceptance by ZAGG Inc. or its subsidiaries (“ZAGG”). ZAGG may request additional information to process an order and reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. ZAGG may limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Right to Cancel (EU and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please submit our online cancellation form, contact our Customer Care team using the contact information provided on our website, or follow our returns process. You must return the goods in unused, original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on ZAGG.com are subject to change without notice and do not constitute binding offers. ZAGG reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

VAT (Value-Added Tax)
For customers in Ireland and the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable. If you are VAT-exempt, please contact our Customer Care team before placing your order and provide the necessary documentation.

Here at ZAGG Brands, we are dedicated to designing and manufacturing the very best, innovative solutions for our customers.

Your authentic ZAGG Brands products all carry a warranty but that warranty does not apply to counterfeit products.

ZAGG will only back products that are genuine ZAGG Brands products purchased directly from ZAGG.com or from one of our authorised partners.

Other Terms

Limited Warranty
ZAGG offers a limited warranty to the original retail purchaser. Warranty details can be found on the product packaging or in our warranty policy. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish, EU and UK law.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ZAGG’s liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any breach of consumer rights provided by Irish, EU or UK law. ZAGG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, unless required by law. Any compensation for direct loss shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ZAGG products and content (including trademarks, designs, and copyrights) remain the property of ZAGG. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For consumers residing in Ireland or the EU, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and you may bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts. For consumers residing in the United Kingdom, these Terms are also governed by the laws of Ireland, but you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. ZAGG does not seek to exclude the jurisdiction of any consumer protection authority or court where such exclusion would be invalid under applicable law.

Modifications
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time your order is placed. Any changes must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ZAGG.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Your rights under these Terms may not be assigned without ZAGG’s consent.
