Crystal Palace is drop resistant up to 13ft/4m thanks to the D3O approved material. The backplate is made of polycarbonate (PC), the same material that's used in bulletproof glass, so it will keep your device safe and sound.

Warranty / Free replacements

Free replacements for life: If your screen protector or phone case breaks, we'll replace it. No questions asked. All you pay is shipping and handling. Please replace your screen protector immediately if it becomes damaged to continue protecting your device and avoid risk of injury.

Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders ship once processing is complete. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, and some orders may arrive in more than one package. Pre-orders ship when the item becomes available.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses may take longer. Products with lithium batteries ship by ground only and can’t be shipped internationally.

Easy 30-Day Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange.

To start a return:

  1. Have an account? Log in, open your order, and click Request Return.
  2. Checked out as a guest? Go to our Returns page and enter your order number and email.

You’ll get a prepaid return label and instructions. There’s no need to write an address on the box or mail it yourself.

Return shipping: If you added Free Returns ($2.95) at checkout, your return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Good to Know

Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, but unused items can be returned. Custom cases are made to order and can’t be returned or cancelled. Report damaged or missing items within 2 business days of delivery. If an item you bought at full price goes on sale within 14 days, contact us for a refund of the difference. Sales tax isn’t refunded by us; contact your state to request it.

Warranty claims are handled separately. Submit a claim from your account at any time during the warranty period.
