About this product

This is the Bluetooth mouse you've always wanted. It Charges wirelessly on a Qi charging pad, it tracks on glass, and it pairs with three devices. Your keyboard just got a new best friend.

  • Universal Wireless Charging: The Pro Mouse comes with a wireless Charger with USB-C port. When you step away from your desk, simply place the Pro Mouse on the wireless Charger so you’re always Charged and ready to go.

  • Tracks on Glass: The Pro Mouse tracks on multiple surfaces, so you can use it on a glass conference room table, for example, without a mouse pad.

  • Multi-pairing Functionality: The Pro Mouse can pair with up to three devices at once. Pair it with your tablet and your laptop, and toggle between the devices, simply by pressing the pairing button on the Pro Mouse.

  • Full-size Scroll Wheel with Adjustable DPI: The full-size scroll wheel on the Pro Mouse is easy to use. Pro Mouse even lets you adjust the DPI (how fast your cursor moves across the screen). It has a default 1000 DPI, but you can adjust it (800-1600 DPI) for faster or slower movement.

  • Wireless and Wired Charging Available: The Pro Mouse comes with a wireless Charge pad, but you can also Charge the Pro Mouse using the USB-C port. LED light lets you know when the Pro Mouse is Charged and ready.

1 Year Warranty: We warrant these products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 Year, as applicable, from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user consumer.

Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders ship once processing is complete. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, and some orders may arrive in more than one package. Pre-orders ship when the item becomes available.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses may take longer. Products with lithium batteries ship by ground only and can’t be shipped internationally.

Easy 30-Day Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange.

To start a return:

  1. Have an account? Log in, open your order, and click Request Return.
  2. Checked out as a guest? Go to our Returns page and enter your order number and email.

You’ll get a prepaid return label and instructions. There’s no need to write an address on the box or mail it yourself.

Return shipping: If you added Free Returns ($2.95) at checkout, your return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Good to Know

Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, but unused items can be returned. Custom cases are made to order and can’t be returned or cancelled. Report damaged or missing items within 2 business days of delivery. If an item you bought at full price goes on sale within 14 days, contact us for a refund of the difference. Sales tax isn’t refunded by us; contact your state to request it.

Warranty claims are handled separately. Submit a claim from your account at any time during the warranty period.
