Ultra Eco has a smooth surface with advanced clarity, so it looks and feels just like your own screen. We’ve also added an anti-microbial treatment that protects the screen protector.

Warranty / Free replacements

Free replacements for life: If your screen protector or phone case breaks, we'll replace it. No questions asked. All you pay is shipping and handling. Please replace your screen protector immediately if it becomes damaged to continue protecting your device and avoid risk of injury.

Shipping & returns

Shipping
Orders ship once processing is complete. Australian orders ship from our Australian warehouse and New Zealand orders from our New Zealand warehouse. Some orders may arrive in more than one package, and deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer. Pre-orders ship when the item becomes available.

Products with lithium batteries ship by ground only and can’t be shipped internationally.

Easy 30-Day Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they’re unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return:

  1. Email or call with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Not returnable: Custom printed products and select discounted items.

Good to Know
Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, but eligible items can be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know within 2 business days of delivery. If an item you bought at full price goes on sale within 14 days, contact us for a refund of the difference. Prices include GST.
